Celine Cairo debut album Free Fall (2017) was a huge succes in the Netherlands, yet she took her time to work on her second album. ‘Overflow’ was released earlier this year, an impressively beautiful album full of fine songs, sounds and most of all beautiful vocals, which lifts the album to great heights.. We present this fabulous singer-songwriter in the most intimate setting: by herself with voice & guitar

Juliana Martina grew up on Curaçao in a Colombian family of musicians. After studying World Music in Rotterdam (cum laude) she started finding her own voice within the Latin music scene. Later this year, she will release her long awaited debut album. Juliana Martina in one of the ‘Jonge Makers’ (Young Creators) gracing our roof with her beautiful music this year.

Young Creators

Each year, there’s a tremendous amount of talent graduating from Dutch conservatories or coming to Amsterdam from abroad. We have always been trying to make enough room for upcoming artists in our program. This year, we’d like to take it a step further: in collaboration with the Van Bijleveltstichting, we offer 3 chosen talents a sustainable boost for their career: in mentoring sessions with Tami Toledo Matuoka, they will get new insights in career planning, project management, PR and other skills that are essential to survive in the music business. Furthermore, Sophie Conin will produce a video profile that they can use to present themselves to other curators, journalists, fans etc
